"EarthChurch" was founded by Rachel Whitehead, a deeply skilled counsellor, therapeutic practitioner and group facilitator with over 25 years of experience working closely with people navigating mental health challenges, trauma and major life transitions.
Over many years of supporting people achieve profound healing, growth and lasting transformation, Rachel recognised that her clients required more than what deep one-on-one work can give by itself - for we each need and crave the truly healing experience of belonging and acceptance that comes with real community connection.
EarthChurch was born from this understanding - offering both deeply supportive one-on-one therapeutic work and carefully curated community experiences designed to help people heal, reconnect and love life.
WORK WITH RACHEL
One-on-one counselling & therapeutic support for people navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, depression, grief, life transitions, mental health issues and emotional overwhelm.
Medicare rebates are available with a Mental Health Care Plan.
Sessions are uniquely tailored to the individual and may include walk-and-talk therapy, sunrise and beach sessions, nervous system regulation, meditation, breathwork, inner journeying and microdosing integration support.
With a solid foundation of decades of skill, wisdom and experience,
Rachel offers an intuitive, deeply attuned and highly effective approach.
Rachel also offers private breathwork sessions and longer-term transformational support containers for those seeking a deep-dive journey into healing and growth.

Outdoor ecstatic dance, held by the elements and each other. Think powerfully grounding, uplifting music and the energies of freedom, joy, celebration and togetherness.
Held monthly in Redcliffe.
Mystical Breath
An intimate breathwork ceremony, in which we journey together through a deep evening of sharing, connection and a powerful breathwork experience to epic music and natural sound.
Nature Medicine Immersion
A dawn to dusk journey into deep states of presence with the living world and Earth’s medicines.
